hello, i've been using the british air ways for flight connexion alger- london / London -Edinburgh (Scotland)
firstly , i arrived to Heathrow airport , terminal 4 , then i changed the airport using free bus of the airport, you can use the train if you want,,,i went to terminal 5 , it takes arround 30-45 mints at max, and regarding the hotel , i think if you pay more, the company will take you to the hotel , so all the fees are included ( hotel + flight ) you have to check first check with B/A , they will inform you,
small advice, why don't you use charle de gaule airport of paris ??? i think it is better than Heathrow, air France also is good company , just choose the the timing that fits you, good luck
