Dear Rania, your solution is : to get this man to come the Algeria and then introduce him to your father; make him go to the mosque with him just to satisfy your dad that he has accepted Islam and then your future husband can get a paperwork from the mosque that he's allowed to marry you, and from there it's all depends on you of which visa you'd like to apply for and by the way all visas would take some time of processing so K1-B2 i don't know
