I'm a DV 2014 winner , and this year i think they changed the procedure , because last year you could contact the KKC in Kentucky by email and you can explain for them this error , so this year i don't know if they gave you any email or contact , but i don't think is a big mistakes which can affects your application , so don't worry my brother Inchallah you will find the solution
